For row 14 slip stitch the first 11, this is so you don't add any height as you move to the back/hood portion. HDC in the same st as the last slip st and in the next 8. The row will end before the end of the previous row since, again, you are now working on the hood. Chain, turn, and work in the 9 HDC only for the remaining rows.
