3.75mm hook.
1. Join yarn to the band with a sl st, sc 24 arounf the band, join.
2-5. ch1, sc in each stitch around, join.
6. ch2, dc back loop only in each stitch around (this creates a ridge to add the ruffles too), join.
7. ch1, sc in each stitch around, join
8 and 9, repeat rounds 6 and 7
10, ch1, sc in each stitch around. Finish and weave in ends.
Join contrasting colour to a front loop left from round 6 with a sl st, ch2, hdc in the same stitch, then 2hdc in each front loop around, join, end off.

Ooh, I like the ruffles! I've made the bloomers from Day 3 but haven't gotten a chance to post about them yet, is it okay if I post about your blog with a link to it? I just love all of your patterns!
