Hello hello again!
Today's pattern is a simple little hat to fit a 36 weeker bub. Yup, I've been on a kick with some bigger sizes lately, as requested by Chance's Clothes Project. This hat has a strong girly feel too it, and it looks great as a solid or in multiple colours. Be sure to check my Ravelry page to see more colour combinations and ideas.
You will need:
DK weight yarn (8ply)
5mm hook.
36 weeks
R1: ch3, dc 12 times, join
R2: ch3, 2dc in each stitch around, join
R3: ch3, *2dc, 1dc* repeat around, join
R4: ch3, dc 3 times in the same stitch, *skip the next 3 stitches, dc 4 times in the next stitch* Repeat around, joining to the top of the ch3.
R5: ch1, sc in each stitch around, join to the first sc.
R6-9: Repeat rounds 4 and 5 twice more.
R10-11: ch1, sc in each stitch around, join.
End off and weave in all ends.
